Roberta R. King is professor of communication and ethnomusicology at Fuller. Her publications include Pathways in Christian Music Communication: The Case of the Senufo of Côte d’Ivoire, Music in the Life of the African Church, and (un)Common Sounds: Songs of Peace and Reconciliation among Muslims and Christians, with an accompanying documentary film. King has served as director of chapel and developed an innovative curriculum in Global Christian Worship and Witness (Ethnomusicology). Before joining the Fuller faculty, King was based in Nairobi, Kenya, and served with WorldVenture for 22 years. She has taught and held workshops in more than 20 nations.
