The Brehm Center on October 17, 2014

Today, Nate Risdon talks a bit about the role of the artists as poet-prophets in our worshipping communities, and he challenges worshipping communities to learn to hear artists’ voices.

Nate mentions the Level Ground organization as an example of the kind of prophetic witness artists can be. To learn more about their work, visit their website.

The music backing Nate today is all music used in The Tree of Life, a film by writer/director Terrence Malick, which Reel Spirituality is screening on Friday, November 7, 2014, at 7 PM in Travis Auditorium.
