Theologies of the Multicultural Church

At the 2012 Missiology Lectures, Soong-Chan Rah spoke about our need to develop cultural competency to address the changes in ethnoracial diversity in the world and in the church.

“We are in the midst of a western cultural captivity where we value the western culture more than we value the tenets of Scripture, where we want people to become like us in our western identity more than we want people to become like Christ.”
